Focus blast or HP fighting?

Question

Since not many Pokemon can learn aura sphere.
I've seen many people using focus blast, but I think
it's accuracy is too low. What is better?

Accuracy: 70%

Hidden Power

Power: Varies Between 30-70
Accuracy: 100%

Well there are the stats and to me I would go for Focus Blast if you Pokemon is quite slow. If it is give it a Zoom Lens which boosts the accuracy of the attack if you move after the target. But if you Pokemon is fast then teach it Hidden power fighting. I would strongly advise trying to get a Pokemon with Aura Sphere though.
