Help my Impish Flygon?

Question

I am not as far in BW 2 and I need my impish Flygon to be alot faster help?

Flygon @Ground Gem
Trait: Levitate
EV's: Unknown...
Nature: Impish (+Def - Sp.Atk)

• Earthquake
• Dragon Claw
• Rock Slide
• Hone Claws

Any improvement suggestions?

Just so you know how far I am in the Poke'mon League (1st Time.)

Too late to EV train, unless you have those special berries. He also does not learn Agility or D-Dance.

So either:

• Equip Choice Scarf
• Give him Bulldoze over EQ to lower the foe's speed, but you lose power.

Those are your only options to make Flygon "faster".
