Battle Subway questions asked?

Okay, I'm a little confused on the Questions Allowed to ask on the Battle Subway.
1) I know the rules are no INGAME teams but what about INGAME teams for the actual Battle Subway in Pokemon Black/White?
That is all I need to know thanks! :P

If you are making a team for the Battle Subway in B/W then they are more competitive than in-game teams, and the BS is harder. On the other hand, if you are asking "is this a good team", well the best way to find out is to actually use it on the Battle Subway!

So if you have a Battle Subway team, it's fine to post it for improvements, but at least test it first to know if you need to improve it.
