In questions or answers sometimes you get votes up and sometimes you get votes down
my question is if I got a vote down on one question the I got a vote up the number of votes turns to a big 0
but on the acount where I can chack how many votes I got when I get the kind of thing I talk'd about do'es
the vote down and the vote up counts or they nutralyz
