Inside a game.
In-game would be like Platinum or something.
If someone asks an in-game question about Platinum they are asking about something in Platinum.
You can't ask in-game team questions because there are many possibilities. If you are halfway through the game and someone suggests a move that is past the part you are at it is annoying. You ask these questions on chat. Making teams on chat isn't too hard, I've done it before and it isn't hard at all.

In-game refers to anything to do with the story game basically, while the Meta-game has to do with anything competitive.

Why is it noat allowed?
***Not
In-game TEAMS are not allowed because they can pretty much be anything if you are just going through the game. They are not necessary to be rated.
