Memento description only states half of the moves effect

Not to be a pest or anything but the description for the move memento states that the user faints and the target's attack is dropped to its minimum. However, this is only half of the moves effect, as it minimizes he target's special attack as well as attack

You are right about both stats being affected, but they do not drop to their minimum (6 stages), they only drop 2 stages. I have seen this move plenty of times to know this.

I agree with Uber, every time I have seen it or used it it drop 2 stages.
