All common words get removed because they are useless as tags. It's roughly the top 30-40 words listed here.
On Pokebase, these tags are also removed: pokemon, help, question - again they are pretty useless, of course it's a question and of course it's about Pokemon :)
On Meta, pokemaster is also removed (most questions are for me anyway). On RMT, awesome and best are removed.
