How do some people have points when they have no posts?

I have checked profiles(mainly Meta) and there are some users with no posts with many points. How is this possible?

Well most likely they had their posts hidden or something that is what I think happened
if it was like 20 points then you start with that so yeah, I guess their posts got hidden.
