Why aren't G III gym leaders and e-4 members notable?

It's probably just me, but I find it kind of unfair that these gym leaders and E-4 members aren't listed under a type's notable trainers. Whatever happened to dear old dad Norman or that Flannery fire girl? Is it because there's poor image quality or something? Really, I'm just kind of curious and puzzled.

Haha, well the reason is because I only added information about the trainers from generation 4 onwards. The data on the type pages is the same as from the gym leader pages, eg http://pokemondb.net/diamond-pearl/gymleaders-elitefour

I do plan on adding info for older games but obviously most people play the newer games so I concentrate on those.
