Editing the answer right after answering?

Question

So there was a question, I answered first and no other user answered it.
Few secs later, I edited to put in the source, and it said answered a second ago, with no edited a second ago thing, and my answer became the second, since some other user answered it when I was editing. I dont really mind about points but it is still annoying since it happened to me a few times.

So can you make it so "edited a second ago" comes out even it was edited right after it was answered?

Pokemaster put that in there on purpose so that if you see something in your answer like a spelling mistake or a format error you can change it quickly without clogging up the site.
