Where did the editing options go [read description]?

I was writing an answer on the Minor Errors page, and I noticed that the editing options were gone (like that). I noticed I could still edit other answers like normal, and even my own answer after posting it. Before that though, the options are missing.

EDIT: In all subsequent tries at posting, the edit bar shows. Is it because of laggy internet or something?

I had similar problems. Pretty sure it's because you answered before the page had finished loading in, or something to that degree, so i.e lag.

Yeah I asked this before. Check out the question, it has the answer you want (albeit very brief).

Essentially you answered before the page had finished loading in. Either wait a while next time or reload the page, should fix it.
