Well, Im 8 and JCM says I cant be on. Is this true?

Actually, yes you are too young, sorry. I haven't got around to writing a rule or anything yet but we were discussing it in chat and it looks like by law you need to be 13 to be able to sign up for a web site in the USA and many other countries.

Note, you can still view all the pages and use the site as an information resource, like any other site. The age restriction only applies to signing up and posting on the site.

It applies to users from the US and other (undefined) countries. As Pokemaster said,

What those other countries are I don't know, but we will have to see.

We don't actually have any age rules here. You're welcome to do what you want.
Pokemaster has already stated before that the site isn't really aimed at under 10s, but you're still welcome to use the site.
