Perhaps a way to click on an IP and see all the account that use that IP?

Then you could add a section of the userpage that shows all users that joined that day, and then whenever a mod comes on they can just IP check all of them, and since there aren't usually more than 1 or 2 anyway, it won't take a long time and will make it pretty hard for dupes to get past.
