Question about new user and start off points?

He has 0 points. As I recall you start off with 20 points.

Did he maybe post something and get two downvotes before it was hidden?
The reason I ask is because, if it did not follow the rules it would not have been approved, and he asked me in chat how to hide something, concerning a question in the RMT which was against the rules (He hid it himself).

It's not a big deal, but I was just wondering if this is a glitch or if the beginning 20 points thing was stopped.

Yes, he must have received some downvotes on some posts that have since been deleted. I set it to recalculate points and he's gone back to 20.
