How do you fix the "the data could not be loaded" error when you first get the app?

When I first go to m.pokemondb.net it says the data could not be loaded straight away. How do I fix it?

Pokemaster discontinued the app actually. He'll remove it when he updates the site.

As others said, the app has been discontinued, sorry! It hasn't worked for a while now and it was too much work to keep it perfectly updated and working exactly how I wanted.

But there is a new design on the way for this whole site, which will work on mobiles too! We lose the "offline" aspect but it will be reasonably lightweight and shouldn't use too much bandwidth.
