Is 'damn' considered a strong swear word?

Question

'Damn' isn't censored, so I understand that it's okay to say on this site, but is it still considered a swear word? If not a strong swear word?

And, if you use it continuously, like this often:
>Damn this damn dam. I hope this dam will damn it's damned daminess.

Would you get banned? I'm just curious, since I use the word quite often. :3

It's OK to say imo. It isn't really used to insult someone, and if it is, it is usually followed by more harsh language. "You are a damn" makes no sense at all.

I assume it's OK to say in PM's opinion too, because if it wasn't, he would've censored it by now.

I believe that saying 'damn' to things are okay, but people not. (Obviously because things will not suffer anything if they are 'damned'.)
