It depends. All the information hasn't been found yet. In fact a very small deal of it is. Chances are it could be a few weeks or so until we have full stats, learnsets ect. Smogon currently have a research project running and have the stats of about 90% of all fully evolved and mega Pokemon which are believed to be correct. I would link you but I can't find the thread.
