Suggestion: give the ability to update the news section to moderators.

I believe only PM can do his atm, but PM is not what you might call very active. People like trachy and Pokenubz could update the news as soon as they hear it as they are on more often.

Just because you don't see me on Pokebase all the time, does not mean I am not active. I have been working pretty hard on X/Y information over the past month. In fact, many times when I have gone on chat no one else has heard the latest news yet :)

Also, not everything gets posted on the front page because not everything needs a news post. I post the things I think are important.
