Suggestion: Have a 'Warned' status.

Question

I remember on some question on the Meta Pokemaster stated that banned users have the status 'Registered User (Blocked)'. Maybe add a 'Register User (Warned)' status as well?

And also let the status be shown to everyone, not just Pokemaster.

I feel like it's an OK idea, but only Mods & PM should be able to see it.

The point of the warning is to make it official to the person being  warned. I think they should see it, that way it's clear and official and they have absolutely no excuse and try to say "but, I didn't get a warning!"

Though quite honestly, a lot of people doing it have been here long enough to know the rules, so I'm not as lenient with them.
