Is Spam Over Time Not Allowed?

I realize I have been posting this link a lot in chat recently. However, I haven't been spamming it over and over, I have been doing it like this:

I don't literally post it every two hours, just over long periods of time (2-48 hours).

Is this allowed?

It's fine so long as you have large times between it, such as 12 hours or more. However after maybe 5 times of posting the same link with your team I would not do it anymore because then you're advertising your team. People generally get annoyed if you constantly post urls, so stop if asked.

Isn't 12 hours a bit too much?
I would have literally said half an hour, but I don't care since I do none of that. :P
