Can you get less than 20 points

Question

I was wondering is it possible to reach 0 points by peoples downvotes and such but because no user on DB meta has below 20 I doubted it but then I thought if you can have less than 20 from downvotes they might just ban you. so I'm wondering can you get less than 20 and if so does anything happen.

Actually you can have negative points. Take Pokemon Master for example(No not the site owner, a person who decided they just liked the name). They are currently banned but if you click on their profile you can see that they have -84 points.

Although it should be noted he wasn't banned for having less than 20 points. Nobody is banned for that.

Yes, you can get less than 20 points if you get downvoted, but you cant get lower than 0 (havent seen anyone with less than 0 and it makes sense).
