Is this a glitch in the site?

Mighty Mudkip has recieved 1 up vote and 6 down votes but he has a score of 30 points still! he did not select any questions he asked and he did not get BA in any of his answers so why does he still have 30 points? Am I missing out on something?

It is probably because of this: http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/206697/actual-speech-in-pokemon-games?show=206699#c206699. his other answer which I downvoted too but was turned into a comment. I don't mean the upvoted answer there right now.

It turned into a comment and it was downvoted 6 times so it turned into a comment.

I'm fairly certain I have the answer for this:

Mighty Mudkip received 6 down votes on 1 answer which would normally take his starting 20 points total to -40, but since you don't lose any points when an answer is converted into a comment he remained on 20 points.

When an answer is converted into a comment the up votes/down votes you receive remain on your profile but do not add on/subtract from your points total. See question here.

It seems he then received one up vote on another answer which brought his total points total up to 30 points.
