Add a 'your question was approved/not approved' to My Updates.

So, sometimes I'm waiting for my question to be approved and it's been a while. Maybe around 20 hours. I start to wonder whether it's not been thumbs-downed by a mod or it's just taking a while. So, when a question is approved, make the my updates page say "Your question approved 31 minutes ago by Mewderator" or whatever. Or, it says "Your questions disapproved 31 minutes ago by Mewderator" or something like that. This way, I can know whether my question has been disapproved or if it's just taking a while.

Generally if it's taking 20 hours, that means it's hidden. It's very rare that it takes that long for someone to go online and check it.
It's pretty easy to check though, just go to your browser history and find it. You still view your hidden posts, even if it wasn't you who hid it.
