Account being blocked?

My brother's(Sid 13) account was suddenly blocked and in the Profile Page it's given-
Registered User(Blocked) or something like that. When he tries to chat, it says- If your account is new please register it from your e-mail id. Please try to solve it.

That's because Mike (&Shining Yin) has permanently banned your brother's account (Sid13) for suspecting it has been used to spam up vote you.
