Make it so Moderators can see votes.

Question

Not just on questions, but on profiles.

For example, we can see a profile and it says 30% of votes given from user.

Makes it easy to catch spam voters.

It will also probably make it easier in identifying duplicate accounts.

A good idea would be to have like a bar chart on a users page showing votes, but only Mods can see it
