Something appeared in my wall, help?

Question

Okay so I was checking my profile and everything and at the wall a message appeared ''You cannot write more wall posts this hour''.. I don't know why this message has there because I only send one message, a single message at my wall.
This message only appears at Pokébase but at Meta and Battle Subway sections it doesn't..

Why is this message appearing?

It appears the message ''You cannot write more wall posts this hour'' and it don't show the white box for you to write.
But it shows others wall-posts like yours and from Trapinchinator.

It's because you've exceeded the amount of posts you can post within short succession.

The reason it appears on PokeBase and not RMT or Meta is because you've probably posted too many wall posts in short succession of each other, while being in the PokeBase section of the site. The number of posts you've posted, don't just count as the posts you've posted on your own wall, but also on other user's walls as well.

Don't worry though as you'll be able to post wall posts again in PokeBase at the start of the next hour. Until then you can post walls post in RMT and Meta, think of it as a way of bypassing the system. Of course users who don't have the required number of points to post wall posts (30) in those sections are unable to post wall posts, unless they're Expert+.

Umm… correct me if I'm wrong, but experts can't be at 30 or less points can they?

Well strictly speaking you need 6000 points in PokeBase to become an Expert, so you can be an Expert and have less than 30 points in RMT and Meta. An example of this is Indigo who has over 15,000 points on PokeBase but only 20 points on RMT.
