Why are there movesets for Magneton and Magnezone?

I was going through some good movesets and I found one for both. Why?

The actual reason being that Magneton was a final evolution.

Same goes for Rhydon and such.

well that too, and magneton is in ru as well, so there are movesets for it as well

Rhydon was also viable in RU last Gen, don't know where it ended up after Gen 6.
