what would happen if someone hacked my profile and got me banned??

I know its extremely unlikely and would be really hard for someone to do (plus why waste time just to hack someone like me) but let's say someone managed to hack my account and spammed the chat under my name and did a bunch of other banable offenses. What am I to do? If I try to convince mods and users that it wasn't really me nobody is even going to believe me! So what would happen in this situation? Would the user just have to forget about the DB and suck it up, or is there a way to prove their innocence?

Like I said before it's very unlikely and I don't ever expect my account to be hacked, but I just decided to ask this because I'm curious :3

You'd probably just be banned. You might get a second chance after a while, but honestly your account security is your responsibility. If someone has managed to actually get a hold of your account and successfully slander your name with it, there's really nobody to blame but yourself. That, however, is irrelevant, so thankfully it's something you should never have to worry about.
