We have had a few of these recently and I've let them stay because the answers have been good, like in some of trachy's questions.
But from the rules in the "question you can't ask" section:
"Vague questions like Is this a good pokemon team? - please make it more specific, for example How can I improve my team? perhaps with more information."
So in general, try and phrase it to ask for improvements instead of a simple yes/no-type question. Also please say the purpose of the team, e.g. competitive battling, using the battle tower, double battles etc.
