So, not that long ago, I was at 908 points (on Pokebase) now, somehow, I'm at 902. I only have 2 downvotes, which were from a while ago. Just before I realized this, I selected two answers as best. Did I get a downvote and my profile hasn't updated yet? Or is this an error?

You did not receive a downvote.

Rather, six points were lost from either

a) the removal of an upvote (doesn't count as a downvote)
b) your answer was un-BA'd

Qwerty_Zoom has an easier way of saying what I'm trying to.

>It's probably the removal of an upvote because you lost 10 points because of it, and subsequently gained 4 (Ba'd two answers, for 2 points each). That gives an exact -6.

908 - 10 = 898
898 + 4 = 902

But when a upvote is removed, you lose 10 points from that upvote, I loat six
908 - 902 = 6
Hiding a post removes points, I remember reading that somewhere.
Hiding doesn't remove points.
It's prolly the removal of upvote because you lost 10 points because of it, and subsequently gained 4 (BA'd two answers, for 2 points each). That gives an exact -6.
That makes sense now, thanks Astro!
