Why am I banned from the server sometimes?

Keeps saying:
You are locked because someone using your IP has spammed/hacked other websites. This usually means you're using a proxy, in a country where other people commonly hack, or have a virus on your computer that's spamming websites.
Whatever does this mean?

If you access the server from multiple devices or places your IP will change. One of those instances must have that IP banned either from something you've done or because it is someone else with that IP getting banned. The most common instance of the latter is school wifi systems.
