I searched speed freak and it gave every question answer and comment that had speed and freak in it can there be a way to only search for things with that combonation.
Yes, that's because it searches for questions and answers, not users.
If you want to see your questions/answers go to your user page and the most recent ones are listed. It doesn't show them all just yet but that may change in the future.
