Because your supposed to upvote if an answer/question is good, but how do you know what a "good question" is?
A "Good Question" Is a question that falls within the guidelines of the site easily. But is still interesting to the point Where people click on it to see what other people said even if they don't have an answer themselves. An example would be "The where did your name originate from?" question here on the Metta. As it is very interesting but it falls delicately into the guidelines of the site. (Unlike some of the questions I've asked) I'm better at answering then asking questions lol.
