Suggestion: Make the "changes" section include type changes and ability changes

What's the changes section again?

The Pokedex pages have a new section on them for when stat changes (and others things) occur for Pokemon. It'd make sense to include these.

It still doesn't say all Rotom forms were electric ghost in Gen 4.
