The effects are listed as the corresponding move. Like Drought=Sunny Day, Rain Dance=Drizzle, etc. I think they put it like this so it would save time. The ability pages only include how it looks in the background (snow warning summons a hailstorm, etc) and that if multiple pokemon come in battle with weather conditions, then the slowests one is the only one able to have their weather condition stay. If you want to find out all they effects from each, you should go to the corresponding move page, but there are some exceptions, desolate land and primordial sea, which do have most of the effects the same as the corresponding move, but a difference. In desolate land, water moves have no effect (they dry up) and in primordial sea, fire type moves do nothing (they fizzle out).
