Voice commands are broken on the Showdown server

I have Global Driver on the server, yet Voice commands are impossible to use, even in group chats, where you always have Voice perms.

Tested using Voice commands in a group chat with an alt (it didn't work), so I don't believe this is just an error on my end.

Please help, Pokemaster. ^{Although this isn't the most important thing haha}

Edit: Only Administrators can broadcast commands.

Edit/Bump: It would also be nice if we could get a fix on this.

& also can't do broadcast commands either, which is weird, so its literally just admins that can
