As Jhnfui mentioned, there was an incident in 2014 where catfishing scammers posted messages on people's walls here. Obviously this was a problem, but even more so considering the only people who can delete the messages are the owners of the walls (who were often inactive) and Pokemaster himself.
So a points prerequisite was added, and we've had no problems since. The limit should be reduced to 22, though.
