When on rate a team, can I ask to rate a team in a less mainstream format

I have a gen 6 pure Hackmons team and was about to post it, but wasn't sure if I could becuase of how little people play it. So can I?

I can rate Hackmons. (please don’t use sturdninja it discourages me)

There are people who play some lesser OMs. You can always ask for a team rate till the format is supported on PS or is an official format. (This will probably touch only PS’ main server. A lot of other servers have their own friendly formats.)

If you don’t get a rate, don’t worry. Your question will be on the unanswered list and, unless the format is extremely dead, someone is likely to rate it.

If a format has a permanent ladder on Showdown or did at some point in time, then it is definitely fine to post on RMT. No problems with Gen 6 PH.

The only time there's a problem is when you've invented some custom battle format that nobody has played before, or you've playing some niche OM that lacks any discussion/documentation.
