Late to this question so it's a little pointless, sorry. But I'll answer for future reference: we add information as soon as the game is released. Often information leaks a little while before then so I prepare everything in advance.
For Scarlet/Violet we had the Pokemon, stats and learnsets up by the time the games were legally available. Locations came very shortly after (although that's still a work in progress!)
