Why don't movedex pages list all Pokemon that can learn the move?

Question

Shouldn't the move sacred sword show the swords of justice in the list of pokemon that learn it?

It says that they learn the move that level 49 but they aren't on sacred swords page. I might be misunderstanding something but wanted to check.

The Swords of Justice aren’t in SV even through transfer, so they won’t be shown, due to the move pages only showing Pokémon that learn the move in SV. You’re looking at SWSH’s learnsets to find level 49.

The movedex page for Sacred Sword says:

The numbers given are for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet and may vary in other games; check the respective Pokédex pages for details.

Since Cobalion, etc. aren't in Scarlet/Violet, they are not listed on the page. The admin of the site has said the movedex pages will be redesigned to make them less confusing.
