There is no official inactive criteria or title. It’s more or less up to personal opinion. You won’t lose points or anything for being inactive in the site.
Mods can see when someone last logged in or wrote anything in the site. I personally consider an account inactive if they haven’t logged in or had any site activity in more than half a year, but that is my opinion and does not impact anything. Other people may have a different opinion on that.
You may have heard the term “dead” users, or saw that in the wall. That term usually comes from a year or more of inactivity. Again, doesn’t have any impact.
