This is a different question. It's asking in terms of the point requirement (as per https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/10194/?show=10195#a10195 ), not from a moderation standpoint.

There's not a specific cutoff, it's just up to the Moderator or Editor or Expert in question. We're fairly smart so we tend to be reasonable about these things, generally a month without being touched is fairly old.
Considering that 2-3 years (real time) is considered recent, I believe that “old” would be longer than that time. It is shown, however, that when focusing heavily on one single topic, time seems to feel longer than it is which is why what happened a year ago might feel a little “old”/not recent to somebody.
