Do you have to be a certain rank to post move sets?

I was just wondering if you had to be a certain rank to post a moveset on moveset question.

Not exactly, but if you have less than 30 points then your answers will need to be approved because the questions are so old. (All answers to old questions require approval for new users to avoid pointless additions and bumping.)
