Besides that the webmaster has unfortunately been inactive, I'm doubtful that Pokopia forms be added regardless since they're from a spin-off and the Pokedex here is generally focused on the main series games. For instance, Shadow Lugia isn't on Lugia's page. Info about spin-offs is totally welcome on Pokebase, but I would guess it's just not a goal for the main site in order to keep pages streamlined.
