The only person who can help restore access to accounts is Pokemaster (the site admin). You can reach him on [email protected], although even we have trouble getting his attention so it may be tricky. You'd also need to prove the account is yours, maybe by naming the email address on it.
But if you're not really fussed about that account and just want to use the site, don't worry about it, keep using your new one.
