Problems with chat room and points?

Question

Every one lost tons of points.
Also, in the chat room as soon as I say something it sais it was said 16 hours ago.

As for the chat room, I'm not sure what the problem could be, possibly a problem with time zones. Whereabouts are you located (country)?

In Japan, and I just remembered time doesn't always work right here unless you get certain clocks. Does it look right to you?
It has not happened before though. And it is only with the chat room.
