Alakazam @ Focus Sash/Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs:0 Atk
- Encore
- Disable
- Recover
- Seismic Toss/Night shade
First turn torment. Then use encore. The end. (Unless they switch or have mental herb) Recover is to heal struggle damage, and sciesmic toss is so you don't have to invest in attacking stats. This can also be interchanged with night shade. I'd reccomend night shade thought, as ghost types will switch in to try and hit you with STAB ghost moves.

Re Delibird set: No.
Re usage stats: It depends on your purpose for them. If you want to understand what is being played at the highest level of the format you're playing, then you should use the highest-rated stats available. If you want to see what people are using overall, then you should use the most inclusive stats available. If you want to see what moves people might be using in your own matches (e.g. to inform decisions in games), then you should use the stats most applicable to your Elo rating.

I've reshown the question you mentioned. I don't think it's even supposed to be there really because we made a thread for single Pokémon but I'll allow it bc I'm lazy
