This can also be interchanged with night shade. I'd reccomend night shade thought, as ghost types will switch in to try and hit you with STAB ghost moves.

Re usage stats: It depends on your purpose for them. If you want to understand what is being played at the highest level of the format you're playing, then you should use the highest-rated stats available. If you want to see what people are using overall, then you should use the most inclusive stats available. If you want to see what moves people might be using in your own matches (e.g. to inform decisions in games), then you should use the stats most applicable to your Elo rating.
