Ugh set up I hate set up in game. I feel like Venusaur is better than Gogoat, but whatever. Strength is better than Take Down, for sure. I feel like Milk Drink would be better than Bulk Up, and you can use Synthesis until you can get Milk Drink. What about Horn Leech (if you want Bulk Up)/Leaf Blade (if you want Milk Drink), Earthquake, Bulk Up/Milk Drink, and Strength?

-Take Down (Level 22)/Strength (HM)
-Leaf Blade (Level 55)/Seed Bomb (Level 30)
-Earthquake (Level 60)/Bulldoze (Level 26)
-Bulk Up (Level 34)

**Take Down** is a powerful Normal attack. **Strength** is an HM, and doesn't have recoil. **Leaf Blade** is a great Grass attack. **Seed Bomb** is until you can get Leaf Blade. **Earthquake** counters Fire and Poison types nicely. **Bulldoze** is nice until you can access Earthquake. The last move is whatever, I personally opted for **Bulk Up** for setup, even though I rarely used it.

Oh also I don’t feel like set up is as viable in game.

I prefer Shadow Ball > Calm Mind for Olympia. Psyshock should also be an option due to its ability to hit specially defensive Pokémon easier.

This is the team I used for my most recent playthrough of Y, and it worked really well. No Megas, but you could absolutely replace one of the members with a Mega.

-Psychic (Level 51)
-Flamethrower (Level 45)
-Calm Mind (TM given by Olympia)
-Grass Knot (TM given by Ramos)

Calm Mind for getting a little extra power. I didn't use it too often, but the option is always there. Flamethrower and Psychic are powerful STAB, and Grass Knot covers Fire's weaknesses.
