Iron Boulder isn't in NU, though Iron Thorns is in NU. Pincurchin is in ZU, so it can be used in NU. However, I didn't add Electric Seed, since Electric Terrain teams aren't good. There aren't many abusers of Electric terrain who can actually benefit from it. In other words, Alolan Raichu not having Rising Voltage is a huge blow for Electric terrain teams.
