Okay. I guess my memory is bad.
But Togepi's Crystal location is really missing on Pokemon DB. You can check for yourself. On the Violet City page, the GS locations are there, but for some reason the entire Crystal column is blank.

Part of the question was Togepi's location in Crystal, right? Is that not missing on Pokemon DB's location guide?

If you don't make rules, you only uphold them, why did you answer this? https://pokemondb.net/pokebase/meta/67907/ You can decide to close questions even when the rules wouldn't close them, so why can't you decide to open questions when the rules would close them?

Fizz, I have a question. Why was the user zorawk banned? I could smell toxicity from that person. But just, didn’t do anything that’s actually toxic at all. And, I mainly just smelled it because it BA’d an answer that I commented debunkikg facts on and mine has fricking two downvotes (1 after my beautiful edit) on the speed Miltank question.
